“The Ellen DeGeneres Show” is syndicated and airs in over 200 markets nationwide. The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator acts as liaison between marketing, production and broadcast affiliates to support a wide variety of marketing needs on the local level. One of the coordinator's primary responsibilities is to assist the Executive Director of Affiliate Marketing in the execution of local marketing efforts, helping achieve increased ratings, higher client satisfaction and revenue for “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator provides client and sales servicing on all things related to “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” The role consists of daily assigned various projects by the Executive Director of Affiliate Marketing. Oversight, strategy and big picture guidance is provided by the Vice President of Affiliate Marketing & Co-Op. The Affiliate Coordinator role is client facing and the candidate must present a positive can-do attitude towards internal and external clients at all times.

DAILY DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

Writing and distributing daily local show highlights for broadcast and digital clips, social media and promo alerts. Clipping station news coverage, sales servicing, client servicing, station visit coordination and media set visits, contest fulfillment, merchandise requests, VIP show ticket fulfillment, VIP tours, promo-tracking, local ratings analysis, PowerPoint/Keynote design, scheduling, SalesForce/station contact updates, competitive analysis, idea generation and brainstorming assigned on a per project basis.

 MUSTS:

  • Work on location in Burbank, CA.

  • A passion for Warner Bros. and a love of television. Enthusiasm for pop culture is a plus. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Positive/can-do attitude.

  • The ability to be proactive and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to both multi-task and follow-through on long-term projects.
