Digital and Social Integrations Coordinator
Telepictures Productions Inc. seeks a Digital and Social Integrations Coordinator for the TPX Brand Content & Partnerships department. The Digital and Social Integrations Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the execution and development of cross platform marketing campaigns that generate advertising revenue for EXTRA and The Real. This position reports to the Director of Digital and Social Integrations and works collaboratively with national ad sales, ad operations, EXTRA and The Real integrated marketing teams.
The position plays an active role in executing all digital and social integrations, along with the RFP process which includes: Reviewing client brief and leading initial RFP brainstorm with the EXTRA and The Real integrated marketing teams. Creating a succinct and accurate overview of all solutions discussed in brainstorm. Translating all ideas into a visually appealing PPT presentation that includes activation descriptions and mock-ups combined to present a compelling greater “story” being told in the PPT deck (position is responsible for creating all their own mock-ups).
The ideal candidate will be both creative and highly organized to successfully operate among the multitude of internal teams involved in the RFP process. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in combination with excellent communication skills are required as the Coordinator position is expected to work independently on all RFP submissions, reporting the standing of all projects via weekly status reports to the Director of Digital and Social Integrations.
Independently produce custom PPT deliverables for between 15 and 20 brand RFP submission each month.
Assist with maintenance and creation of proactive sales collateral including product one sheets and professional grade brand decks.
Monitor internal research tools to regularly update and maintain the latest data on all one sheets for sales and wrap reports for brand partnerships.
Ability to analyze metrics and data to help create wrap reports and tell a success story for all brand integration partnerships.
Partner with all the Directors of Integrated Marketing teams in translating RFP trends into new sponsor friendly products across EXTRA and The Real (e.g. product integrations, social platforms & amplification, and custom video content).
· Develop, communicate and implement digital sales strategy and action plans for the local markets
· Dissecting Digital RFPs and crafting media plans for local markets based on client KPI’s
· Assist local sales leadership with integrated sales efforts by reviewing client proposals and making strategic recommendations
· Act as a liaison for third-party digital partnerships; working to integrate partner assets with our own to develop optimized campaign strategies
· Act as a liaison between local and national teams to collaborate on campaign strategy and digital asset recommendations
· Facilitate client sales calls with sales reps who need assistance in pitching digital assets
· Management of digital audio advertising inventory to drive most profitable sales
What do we require from you?
College Degree required.
Communication or Marketing degrees are strongly preferred.
A minimum of 2+ years in account/project management, marketing or ad sales.
Digital Media experience is required.
Ad Agency with production and editorial experience is strongly preferred.
Must have excellent experience with PPT and some design skills to create basic mock-ups.
Must have experience with social media creative and writing social media copy.
Experience with SnagIt and/or PhotoShop is a strong plus.
Project Management - highly detail-oriented; skilled in multi-tasking prioritizing deadlines. Serve as liaison across functional teams.
Willingness to work as needed which could include outside of standard office hours.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Deep interest in pop culture including celebrity news.
Strong understanding of social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube.
